Dr. Jake Clements
Originally from Poolesville, MD, Dr. Clements received his Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, College Park before moving to Raleigh to attend NC State College of Veterinary Medicine. During his time as NC State he fell in love with the city of Raleigh and the community and decided to make the move permanent.
Dr. Clements’ favorite part of veterinary medicine is building relationships with his clients and working with owners to optimize patient care. He loves working with animals of all shapes and sizes, but his personal favorites are the tiny cats and giant breed dogs.
Outside of the office you can find Dr. Clements relaxing on his “catio” with his two cats, Little Mouse and Monkey Butt, or hiking at Umstead State Park with his fiancé and rescue dog, Butters.
